Tumbleweeds: USATumbleweeds: USA
The first trip of a lifetime began and ended in Front Royal, VA, the home of the college which had united the Tumbleweeds. It was a remarkably fun and care-free journey. The boys used Chris' dad's van and camped most nights. They stocked up on canned food before departure and ended up spending about $600 each (everything but gifts for friends and relatives included) for the six week journey.
The Tumbleweeds recorded their first (and all their journeys) in three methods: video (8 hours), photographs (about 200), and The Log (96 pages).
